Obviously, there simply is not enough time (or space backstage) to spend significant time with all fans who come to the concert. We do NOT want to give you 'only' a few seconds to meet the band, sign something and then move onto the next person. We do NOT want to be separated from you behind a barricade or a big table. We want to do more. We want to bring you closer to us so that we can get to really know you and you can really get to know us 'personally'. We want to spend 'real time' with you and have 'real conversations' with you. All of this will happen in a fun and exciting, but also a cool and relaxed environment.
When you get your ticket, you will need to know what to expect the day of the concert. Here’s how it works:
VIP ticket holders (you) can get into the venue up to 2 hours before the show starts. Check your normal concert ticket (NOT your VIP ticket) to see what time the show starts, or call the venue.
You should go to the main entrance. There will be a sign that says: "Rhapsody Of Fire VIP Tickets". Our Tour Manager (or other staff person) will come to let you in the door. You MUST present BOTH your normal concert ticket and your VIP ticket to get in.
VIP Ticket holders (you) are welcome to spend time with the band BOTH before AND after the show (we want to spend as much time with you as we practically can).
When you do not hesitate to get your VIP tickets right now, you will be going home after the concert with memories of an amazing experience and be one of the VIP fans who is telling your friends how awesome your time was with us instead of just hearing about someone else's great, unique and unforgettable moments.

IMPORTANT #1- After you have bought your VIP Ticket, send an email with the subject line "Rhapsody of Fire VIP Ticket information" to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it including the following things:
- The name and email address used for your Paypal account.
- Your first and last name (or the first and last name of the person coming to the concert if you buy the ticket for someone else).
- Your primary email address.
- Your home address.
IMPORTANT #2 - Your VIP ticket will be sent as a special certificate to your primary email address. The certificate will include your name, email address, city as well as a special ticket code. You then need to bring this certificate AND your order confirmation email from Paypal to the venue in order to exchange it with a wristband at the concert that will enable you to get into the VIP area.
IMPORTANT #3 - Your VIP Ticket is only valid in combination with a valid concert ticket to the chosen show (to be bought separately!) at the Rhapsody of Fire World Tour 2012.
